Doris & Davey double portrait timelapse WIP
Gouache, watercolour and ink on watercolour stock.

Took about 5-6 hours in total with a dog walking break in the middle.

I should probably learn how to paint properly rather than just stick stuff on top of itself until it doesn’t look terrible :P

It will be so pretty when it’s finishedpaperpanther:

Our studio space at a4soundshasanimalmagnetism is coming along swimmingly; blinds and curtains are up now, with our black out curtain for the stopmotion area going up next week.
Once eimhinssecrettumblr has finished with these utilitarian jobs, PP’s Pádraig & Carol can get started on making it look pretty!

A few weeks ago, a couple came to visit Crumble to see how they got on with him, and this morning he hopped in their boot and went to live with them!

Best of luck in your new home, with Denny the Dachshund, Oboe the Collie Mix, Tobey the Collie, and the two resident Cats that rule the roost.

That’s foster number 8 sorted in the past three years, so I may be taking a break from it for a while as I get down to business on some animation in the coming months…

Latest wee timelapse WIP.

We can now officially announce our good news!

We have been selected to produce our Frameworks funded short film “An Gadhar Dubh” this year, thanks to funding from Irish Film Board, Arts Council Ireland and Raidió Teilifís Éireann (RTÉ).

Pádraig Fagan is Directing, Louise Ní Chonchúir is producing, with technical direction by Eimhin McNamara and music and sound by Chris McLoughlin!

Here’s Pádraig’s previous film. I did the fiddly bits.
Most importantly we got to meet Yuri Norstein when we were over for the Annie’s <3
